What build-to-print means here

You own the design. We own manufacturability, tooling, production and inspection against your drawing. Where a tolerance is not achievable with the specified process or a feature will cause a tooling problem, you hear it at quotation — not after the first article fails.

We do not reinterpret drawings quietly. Ambiguities get raised and resolved in writing before production starts, because a wrong assumption discovered at PPAP is expensive for both of us.

First article to volume, one supplier

A component programme usually starts small: a handful of parts to prove fit and function. Our laser can produce those without tooling. As the programme is confirmed, the tool room builds the production die and the part transfers onto the press line — same plant, same quality system, same people.

You are not re-qualifying a new supplier at the exact moment your programme starts to matter.

Multi-process parts on one purchase order

A typical automotive sub-assembly might need blanking, forming, a machined feature, projection-welded nuts and a coating. Sourced separately that is five vendors, five schedules and no single point of accountability.

We hold all of that in-house apart from coating, which we manage through qualified finishing partners under our own purchase order and inspection. One PO, one delivery, one inspection record.
