Who we are

One shop. Full control. From die design to dispatch.

Most component suppliers hand your tooling to one vendor, your cutting to another and your finishing to a third. Every handover is a place where a date slips and nobody owns the problem.

We built Gupta Enterprises the other way. Since 2010 we have designed and built our own dies, fixtures and gauges. Everything that shapes your part's quality, cost and timeline stays in-house — which is why we can commit to a lead time and hold it.

About Gupta Enterprises
  • 6 in-house capabilities

    Single-source manufacturing

Cutting, forming, welding, machining and tooling under one roof. One purchase order, one point of accountability, no sub-vendor chain to chase when a date slips.

  • 20 – 250 T · 35 presses

    Scalable press capacity

35 power presses from 20 to 250 tonnes handle prototype batches and high-volume programmes on the same floor — so you are not re-sourcing when volumes ramp.

  • 100% inspected

    Quality you can audit

100% of parts checked against your specification before dispatch, with incoming, in-process and final stages documented under an ISO 9001:2015 system.

  • 144 kVA standby

    Supply you can rely on

144 kVA of standby generation (62 + 82 kVA DG sets) keeps presses, lasers and welding lines running through grid outages — a real risk in North Indian industrial belts.

Infrastructure

Two units in Faridabad, built for uninterrupted output

Two manufacturing units in Faridabad, 1,100 sq. yards of combined floor area, and 144 kVA of standby generation. The layout is deliberate: forming and fabrication in one unit, machining, tooling and inspection in the other, so heavy press work never sits next to precision measurement.

  • 1,100 sq yards Total plant area across two units
  • 144 kVA Standby power · 62 + 82 kVA DG sets
  • 50+ Skilled team members
  • 35 Power presses · 20 to 250 tonnes

250-tonne H-frame capacity handles heavy draw and forming work, while the same shop scales down to precision brackets and clips on 20-tonne presses.

  1. 01

    Enquiry & feasibility

Send drawings in PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP. We review manufacturability, tooling requirements, material availability and volume fit, then come back with a costed quotation — or an honest no.

  2. 02

    Design & in-house tooling

Our tool room designs and builds the progressive dies, deep-draw tools, weld fixtures and inspection gauges your part needs. Because it happens here, revisions take days.

  3. 03

    Material sourcing

Raw material is procured against your specification and verified at incoming inspection before it is released to production.

  4. 04

    Fabrication

Parts are cut, blanked, formed, drawn and machined across the laser, press and CNC/VMC lines — with in-process checks at each transfer.

  5. 05

    Welding & assembly

Fixture-based MIG and projection welding joins components into finished sub-assemblies with repeatable, hole-to-hole accurate geometry.

  6. 06

    Inspection & dispatch

Final inspection against your drawing, then packing and dispatch with the documentation your goods-inward team needs.
