Industries we serve

Robotics & Automation

Automation equipment is tolerance-sensitive in a way that suits our combination of pressing and machining. A mounting bracket that positions a sensor or an actuator has to locate accurately or the machine does not work — which puts the requirement squarely in machined-feature territory.

Our position

What we bring — and what we do not

Target sector

We have the process capability and quality discipline. We would rather you evaluate us on a trial part than on a claim of sector experience we do not have.

Our route handles both parts of that: the bracket body formed or laser-cut economically, and the critical bores, faces and tapped features machined on our CNC/VMC line within a 1300 × 800 mm envelope. Same supplier, one inspection record, no shipping parts out for a single machining operation.

We also build jigs, fixtures and mounting frames as custom fabrication work, which is often what automation integrators actually need in small quantities.

This is a target sector. Our credential is precision discipline proven on automotive tooling rather than a portfolio of robotics customers, and we would rather you evaluate us on a trial part than on a claim.

Component types

What we make for robotics & automation

Representative part types. If your component is not listed, it is very likely still within our process range.

  • Precision mounting brackets
  • Machined locating components
  • Equipment frames and sub-frames
  • Jigs and fixtures
  • Guards and enclosures
