Agricultural equipment components have a different failure profile to automotive parts: less about micron tolerances, more about surviving shock loads, abrasion and weather over long service intervals in the field.
Our position
Target sector
We have the process capability and quality discipline. We would rather you evaluate us on a trial part than on a claim of sector experience we do not have.
That means heavier gauges, larger formed parts and welded assemblies that hold up under load — work suited to our 150-tonne and 250-tonne press capacity and our 25 mm HR steel cutting range.
Typical components include mounting brackets and hitch components, guards and shields, formed structural parts, and welded frame sub-assemblies.
This is a target sector for us. The relevant capability — heavy pressing, structural cutting, fixture welding, coated finishes through partners — is already in place and proven on automotive structural work.
