Industries we serve

Electrical

Electrical equipment relies heavily on precise sheet-metal work: enclosures that seal properly, mounting plates that locate components accurately, and pressed parts produced in high volume at low unit cost.

Our position

What we bring — and what we do not

Target sector

We have the process capability and quality discipline. We would rather you evaluate us on a trial part than on a claim of sector experience we do not have.

Our press and laser capability maps directly onto these requirements. Progressive tooling produces small pressed components economically at volume; the laser handles enclosure panels and mounting plates without tooling investment; and projection welding attaches studs and nuts consistently — a common requirement in electrical assemblies.

We can work in CRCA, HR steel, stainless and aluminium, and manage coated finishes through qualified partners where a specific finish or shade is specified.

This is a target sector for us rather than a core one today. We say that plainly: we bring proven sheet-metal capability and automotive quality discipline, and we will be honest at enquiry stage about any electrical-specific certification or testing we cannot yet provide ourselves.
