Renewable energy installations consume large quantities of structural steel fabrication: module mounting brackets, rails, clamps, base plates and support assemblies — parts that are simple individually but demanded in volume, to consistent dimensions, on a construction schedule.

Target sector
We have the process capability and quality discipline. We would rather you evaluate us on a trial part than on a claim of sector experience we do not have.
Volume repeatability at a competitive unit cost is exactly what a 35-press shop with in-house tooling is built to deliver. Where a part suits progressive tooling, we can bring the piece price down substantially against laser-cut or machined alternatives.
Our 25 mm HR steel cutting capacity handles the heavier structural profiles, and our 250-tonne press capacity covers formed structural components.
This is a target sector for us. We have the process capability; we do not yet have a track record in it, and we will not claim otherwise. Coated and galvanised finishes — essential for outdoor installations — are managed through qualified finishing partners.
