The capabilities, machine specifications, capacities, materials and product descriptions published here are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication, and we keep them current. They are provided for general information.
They are not an offer, and they are not a warranty that a particular part can be produced to a particular tolerance, price or date. Every commitment we make is made in a written quotation or order acknowledgement for a specific part. Where a quotation and this website disagree, the quotation governs.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to our written terms of sale, which are supplied with the quotation. Prices depend on the drawing, material grade, annual volume, finish requirement and delivery schedule you provide — if any of those change, the quotation may need to be revised, and we will say so rather than absorb it quietly.
Tooling ownership, storage and maintenance responsibility are stated explicitly in the quotation. We do this because ambiguity on this point causes real disputes later.
Financial and certification information
Turnover figures shown on this site are historical and relate to the financial years stated. Certifications shown are current as at the date of publication; certificate copies with issue and expiry dates are available on request, and those documents — not this website — are the authoritative record.
Your content
When you send us drawings, specifications or other material, you confirm that you are entitled to share them with us for the purpose of obtaining a quotation and having parts manufactured. You retain all rights in your designs. We use them only for that purpose — see our privacy policy.
Our content
The text, photographs, drawings and design of this website belong to Gupta Enterprises or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce substantial parts of it commercially without asking. Quoting a specification or linking to a page is fine and welcome.
Third-party links
Where we link to another website — a map service, for example — we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a form submission fails, please call or email us directly rather than assume the enquiry reached us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website. Contractual disputes arising from a supply agreement are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of that agreement.
