Press Shop Operator / Setter

Production Full-time 2 – 7 years

Faridabad, Haryana

Set and run power presses from 20 to 250 tonnes across progressive, deep-draw and trim tooling.

Full role detail

What you will do

  • Set dies and run production on power presses from 20 to 250 tonnes
  • Complete first-article checks and in-process dimensional checks
  • Monitor tool condition and report drift or damage to the tool room early
  • Maintain output, scrap and downtime records for each shift
  • Work safely and keep the press area to standard

What we are looking for

  • ITI or equivalent, or demonstrable press shop experience
  • Experience setting progressive or deep-draw dies
  • Able to use verniers, micrometers and basic gauges confidently
  • Strong safety awareness around power presses and die handling
  • Willingness to work in shifts

Quality Inspector

Quality Assurance Full-time 2 – 6 years

Faridabad, Haryana

Own the standard we sell on. Every part we dispatch is inspected against the customer drawing — this role is why our customers keep re-ordering.

Full role detail

What you will do

  • Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection against customer drawings
  • Carry out first-article approval at every production setup
  • Use height gauges, verniers, micrometers, dial gauges, plug and ring gauges and the surface plate
  • Record inspection results and prepare dimensional reports for dispatch
  • Raise non-conformances and support root-cause investigation with production and the tool room

What we are looking for

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience inspecting sheet-metal, tubular or machined components
  • Confident reading engineering drawings, tolerances and GD&T
  • Familiarity with an ISO 9001 quality system and its documentation
  • Careful, methodical and willing to stop a batch when something is wrong

Tool Room Technician

Tool Room Full-time 3 – 8 years

Faridabad, Haryana

Build and maintain the progressive dies, deep-draw tools and weld fixtures that every press on our floor depends on. This is the role closest to the heart of how we work.

Full role detail

What you will do

  • Manufacture die and fixture components using VMC, surface grinding, milling, turning and drilling equipment
  • Assemble, try out and prove progressive and deep-draw dies
  • Diagnose and correct tooling problems reported from the press floor
  • Carry out planned die maintenance and keep tool history records current
  • Work with production to improve tool life and reduce setup time

What we are looking for

  • ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with progressive or deep-draw press tooling
  • Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Competence with surface grinders, milling machines and measuring instruments
  • VMC programming or operating experience is an advantage
