Manufacturing capability
Our CNC and VMC line handles the features that pressing and welding cannot hold: tight-tolerance bores, machined faces, reamed and tapped holes, and precision locating features. It works on finished components and as a secondary operation on formed parts — so a job needing both stays on one purchase order.
A pressed bracket that needs a reamed locating hole is a common requirement and a common source of delay, because it usually means shipping parts out for machining and back again — two transport legs, two goods-inward checks, and a batch you cannot see for a week.
We machine in-house, in the unit next door to the press shop. The part never leaves, the inspection record stays continuous, and the lead time is ours to control.
Our VMC capability serves both production parts and the tool room, where it machines die components, fixture bodies and gauge details.
That dual use is deliberate. Machinists who cut tooling to tool-room tolerances bring the same standard to production parts, and the tool room gets machine time whenever a die needs correcting.
Production machining runs within a 1300 × 800 mm working envelope with 3-axis milling, supported by turning and drilling for cylindrical and hole features.
The tool room adds a BFW VMC with a 700 × 1250 mm bed, four surface grinders, milling, turning and drilling equipment.
