What we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. Written plainly rather than defensively.

Who we are
This website is operated by Gupta Enterprises, Plot No. 60, Bazri Industrial Area, Faridabad, Haryana 121004, India. For any question about this policy or about information you have sent us, contact guptaenterprises@guptagroups.in.
What we collect
We collect information in exactly two situations:
- When you submit a form. The Request for Quotation and Contact forms collect the details you type into them — your name, company, email, phone, country, and the description of your requirement — together with any drawing files you attach.
- When you email or call us. Ordinary business correspondence, kept for as long as the commercial relationship or enquiry reasonably requires.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. There is no cookie consent banner because we do not set marketing or analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry: to assess manufacturability, prepare a quotation, manufacture and supply parts, and maintain the resulting commercial relationship. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Your drawings and technical information
Drawings, specifications and technical files you send are used only to quote and manufacture your part. They are shared internally only with the people who need them — typically our estimating, tool room and production staff — and are not shown to other customers or used as reference work without your written permission.
Where a finishing operation is subcontracted to a qualified partner, the minimum information required to perform that operation is shared with them. Nothing beyond that.
We are happy to sign your non-disclosure agreement before you send anything. Tick the NDA box on the RFQ form or send it with your enquiry.
Who processes data on our behalf
This site is a static website hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions on our behalf and forwards them to us by email. Netlify processes this data as our service provider. Email correspondence is handled through our own business email provider.
These providers may store data on servers outside India. We use them because they are established services with their own security and data-protection commitments; we do not transfer your information to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept while they remain commercially relevant and then deleted. Records relating to orders we have fulfilled are kept for as long as applicable Indian tax, statutory and quality-record requirements demand.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so if a drawing is genuinely commercially sensitive, tell us and we will agree a handling arrangement — including an NDA — before you send it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email guptaenterprises@guptagroups.in and we will respond. Where we are legally required to retain a record — a tax invoice, for example — we will tell you that rather than quietly ignore the request.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated directly.
This policy describes our actual practice in plain language. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and it does not attempt to recite every provision of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 or any other applicable law. If you require a specific contractual data-protection commitment for your procurement process, contact us and we will work to your form of words.
