Our tool room exists first to serve our own press and fabrication lines, and it is the reason we can commit to lead times other suppliers hedge on. We design, build and maintain progressive dies, deep-draw tools, weld fixtures and inspection gauges here — using a BFW VMC with a 700 × 1250 mm bed, four surface grinders, milling, turning and drilling equipment. The same capability is available as a service for customer tooling programmes, whether you need a new die built or an existing one repaired and re-qualified.
Every step above happens in our own units, apart from surface finishing, which is managed through qualified partners and inspected by us before dispatch.
