Description
Deep-drawn sheet-metal components — cups, shells, housings and drawn profiles — produced on the heavier end of our press line. Deep drawing is where tooling quality decides everything: draw ratio, blank holder force and die radius all have to be right, and they have to stay right across the batch. Because we design, build and maintain the draw tooling ourselves, we can correct a thinning or wrinkling problem at source instead of negotiating it with a tool vendor. Send the part geometry and material and we will confirm feasibility and the number of draw stages required.
