CNC and VMC machining for the features a press or a weld fixture cannot hold — bores, faces, tapped holes and tight-tolerance locating features. We machine finished components as well as secondary operations on pressed and welded parts, which keeps a multi-process job on one purchase order and one inspection record instead of shipping a part out for machining and back. The same machines support our tool room, so the equipment that cuts your part also cuts the dies that form it.
Every step above happens in our own units, apart from surface finishing, which is managed through qualified partners and inspected by us before dispatch.
