Description

Welded tube-frame sub-assemblies for vehicle seating applications. Tube is cut and bent to profile, then located and joined on dedicated weld fixtures so that hole-to-hole geometry and frame squareness repeat unit to unit — the dimensions that decide whether the frame drops into your assembly line without rework. Supplied as a finished sub-assembly rather than loose components, removing an assembly operation from your own line. We manufacture this part family today for automotive seating programmes.

Applications

  • Vehicle seat frame structures
  • Structural tube sub-assemblies
  • Seat mounting frames

How it is made

Every step above happens in our own units, apart from surface finishing, which is managed through qualified partners and inspected by us before dispatch.
