Description
Cut, bent, flared and fixture-welded tube assemblies for two-wheeler footrest applications, supplied as matched RH/LH pairs. Every joint is made on a dedicated weld fixture, so the geometry that matters — mounting hole positions relative to the footrest axis — repeats across the batch rather than drifting between operators. This is a part family we run in current production for two-wheeler OEM programmes, including the flaring operation on our double-head special-purpose machine.
