From enquiry to dispatch — one controlled flow
Because tooling, fabrication and inspection are all in-house, there is no point in this sequence where your part leaves our control. Here is exactly what happens, and what you get at each stage.

Enquiry & feasibility
Send drawings in PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP. We review manufacturability, tooling requirements, material availability and volume fit, then come back with a costed quotation — or an honest no.

Design & in-house tooling
Our tool room designs and builds the progressive dies, deep-draw tools, weld fixtures and inspection gauges your part needs. Because it happens here, revisions take days.

Material sourcing
Raw material is procured against your specification and verified at incoming inspection before it is released to production.

Fabrication
Parts are cut, blanked, formed, drawn and machined across the laser, press and CNC/VMC lines — with in-process checks at each transfer.

Welding & assembly
Fixture-based MIG and projection welding joins components into finished sub-assemblies with repeatable, hole-to-hole accurate geometry.

Inspection & dispatch
Final inspection against your drawing, then packing and dispatch with the documentation your goods-inward team needs.

What we need from you
Most quotation delays are caused by missing information rather than busy suppliers. Send these six things and a straightforward part typically comes back costed in two to three working days.
- Drawing PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP
- Material Grade and thickness
- Volume Annual quantity & call-off pattern
- Tolerances Critical dimensions identified
- Finish Coating spec, if any
- Timing Required delivery date

What to expect
Realistic timings, stated upfront
These are the timings we work to. Where a specific programme cannot meet them, we say so at quotation rather than at delivery.

Where timing is critical, we routinely run the first production batch on the laser while the press tool is being built — so your programme starts on time and a late design change costs a drawing revision instead of a die rebuild.
